Method
1. Wash the prawns. Remove pincers and feelers. (Option: remove entire head)
2. Cut prawns into half and rub the salt and pepper into the flesh.
3. Arrange prawns on bbq grill.
4. Spoon the sauce over and grill till prawns turn red and tails curl up. Note that the smaller prawns will cook much faster than bigger ones.
5. Remove prawns from grill and sprinkle parsley on top. Serve immediately.
