Method
1. Wash the prawns. Remove the pincers and feelers.
2. Cut bigger prawns into halves length-wise. Make a slit at the back if prawns are small.
3. Rub salt over prawns.
4. Heat the oil in a wok. Fry minced garlic and chilli until golden and fragrant.
5. Add chilli sauce and fish sauce to wok.
6. When mixture starts to bubble, add prawns and spring onions. Toss for approximately 5 mins or till prawns turn bright red.
7. Serve immediately.
