Ingredients
1 pomfret approx 300g
3 heaped tbs minced garlic
1 large red chilli minced
1 heaped tbs minced preserved turnips (cai poh)
2cm sized knob of ginger
3 tbs oil
Salt
Method
1. Gut and clean fish
2. Rub salt sparingly over entire fish
3. Steam fish for 10 mins, and while waiting:
4. Heat oil in wok and fry garlic, chilli and turnips till golden brown
5. When fish is done, place the fried condiments over fish and serve immediately.
